Kinyan Kesef This silver dollar, hereby delivered by the President of the Greater Boston Eruv Corporation, shall constitute payment in full, for the next ninety-nine years, to the Governor and State of Massachusetts for the rental of the rights of the domain within the Eruv District of Boston, Brookline, and Newton, Massachusetts for the purposes of "carrying" on the Sabbath and other Jewish holidays in accordance with Orthodox Jewish Law.
